Method of preparation:
The beans are cleaned from the threads, the tails are washed. Cut the mashed beans into 2-3 parts. Boil in slightly salted water for 8-10 minutes. Fry the chopped onion a little, mix with the beans, add salt and pepper and fry for another 3 minutes. When they are ready, add the crushed garlic, chopped greens, and lemon juice to taste.
