Method of preparation:
The dough is prepared as in the recipe "Dough for pies and swirls". The filling is placed on the sheet of dough in not too large piles, the sheet is cut into squares, the corners of the squares are smeared with egg, they are joined in the center, they are glued and lightly pressed. Place the pies seam side down in oiled trays and brush with beaten egg. Bake at a temperature of 230-240 °C
Preparation of the filling: pitted cherries, sprinkle with sugar and mix.
