Method of preparation:
Mix water, egg, oil and salt. The flour is sifted, put on a heaping table, a funnel-shaped depression is made in the center, the mixture is poured into it, then the dough is kneaded until it becomes elastic, a ball is formed, covered with a wet napkin and left for 30 minutes. Then the dough is divided into not too big pieces, spread into thin sheets, the sheets are sprinkled with melted butter and put 2-3 together. In the center of the sheet of dough, put the filling, the edges gather towards the center and stick together, giving the pies a round and flat shape. Place the pies in trays greased with oil and brush with beaten egg. Bake at a temperature of 230-240°C.
Preparation of the filling: Cut the cabbage into noodles, salt it, put it in a cauldron with melted fat, add water and simmer it until it becomes soft, then cool it down and add the fried onions and chopped greens.
