Method of preparation:

Put a pile of flour on the table, make a hole in the middle, pour the water and egg there, add salt, knead a hard dough and leave it for 30 minutes. A 1.5 mm thick sheet is spread out. Cut the squares, put the filling in each square, and glue the edges. In hot water with a little salt, put the collard greens and boil them until they are done. The coltunasi are served sprinkled with crushed garlic (if desired), smeared with cream and garnished with greens.

Preparation of the filling: Mix well the grated cheese, raw egg, salt (if desired) and chopped greens.
