Method of preparation:
Scald the liver, wash it, cut it into pieces and fry it. Add the fried onion, cut and fried mushrooms, salt, pepper, let them all fry together for 3-4 minutes. Then pour the cream sauce and after 2-3 minutes remove it from the heat.
Serve with fresh vegetables and greens.
Preparation of the sauce: fry the flour in butter while constantly chewing until it becomes creamy in color, continue chewing, add the cream with a thin stream, add salt, mix and bring to a boil. If there are lumps, strain the sauce.
