Method of preparation:
The mushrooms are boiled in salted water, drained through a strainer, cut into slices and fried. Onions and peppers cut the noodles, fry them, mix them with the mushrooms, put them in the cauldron, add a little mushroom broth, boil them for a few minutes, then add cream and simmer them until they are ready. At the end, add salt, pepper, peeled tomatoes and seeds, bring to a boil.
The stew is served sprinkled with chopped greens. You can serve the stew with boiled potatoes, mashed potatoes or polenta.
